Upstairs

The upstairs area can be locked separately – it has lovely glass and wooded doors to separate it if required from the downstairs area

1 x king bed with shower, WC and basin en-suite and a small balcony (sea facing)
1 x room with bunk bed (for two)
1 x room with twin beds
These two rooms share a full bathroom
Both rooms lead onto a balcony and have sea views

You then go down a few stairs to the main bedroom which has a king bed, large dressing room and a beautiful en-suite bathroom overlooking the bay. This room also has a sitting area and balcony and lovely sea views. There is a TV in the room

Mezzanine

The main lounge is separated from the open plan living area by the entrance hall. It is a large lounge with gas fireplace. A large flat screen TV is situated in this lounge.

The kitchen opens onto a dining area with a 10 seater table

This living area leads onto a large outdoor deck with built in barbeque, pizza oven, bar, dining table that seats 10 and sitting area. A bridge leads down to the swimming pool

Downstairs

There is a games room with bar and full bathroom and TV
Steps lead down to the guest suite with king bed which leads onto the pool
There is a pool net on request

This home is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, Satellite TV, DVD, Beach equipment and all linen including beach towels
